The new Porsche Panamera Turbo S is said to be a great car to annoy other drivers on the road. You like it? Sorry, you can't just go ahead a buy it,  it costs a fortune! Bad luck! 

The Turbo S is the top of the range and also costs a fortune. It can from 0-60mph in 3.08secs, thanks to it's 630hp engine, although the previous model had more horsepower. Hmm...
